HOTEL DISCOUNTS

As an employee with Mader, you automatically receive discounts year-round through LifeMart. You can access your LifeMart discounts through ADP and select "access discounts" in your account. We encourage you to utilize these for the upcoming party.

TRAVEL T&Cs

Mader Group will provide a round-trip flight for you and your partner. This can only be used to travel to Austin, TX, for the Mader Christmas party on December 5th, 2025. If you can no longer attend, please let us know at least 7 days prior to the event. Failure to notify us in time may result in the cost of your flights being deducted from your paycheck.

OTHER

- Dress code is smart casual - please do not wear your Mader uniform

- Food and drink will be provided at the event

IF YOU CAN NO LONGER ATTEND, PLEASE INFORM YOUR OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR BEFORE 11/21.

  • RSVP Deadline: All RSVPs must be submitted by Thursday, November 21, 2025.
  • Cancellations: If you can no longer attend, please notify your Operations Supervisor by Thursday, November 28, 2025. Cancellations received after this date may result in a charge for your flight costs.Flights:
  • Flights will be arranged and paid for by Mader once you RSVP.
  • Accommodation: Accommodation is not provided, but Mader hotel discounts are available through your LifeMart portal.
  • Food Allergies: If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please contact your Operations Supervisor as soon as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements.
  • Guest Attendance: Partners are welcome to attend. Please ensure they are included in your RSVP.
  • Work Commitments: If you’re scheduled to be working during the event, please discuss your roster and travel options with your Operations Supervisor. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but attendance must be coordinated to ensure adequate site coverage.
  • Photography: Photos and videos may be taken during the event for use in Mader promotional materials. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed unless you request otherwise.
