Terms and Conditions: Kentucky Derby Ticket Giveaway

Eligibility: 

This giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. 

Entry Period: 

The giveaway begins on 4/18/24 and ends on 4/25/24. All entries must be submitted before the end of the entry period to be eligible.

How to Enter: 

To enter, participants must:

Tag a friend in the comments section of the giveaway post, indicating who they would take with them to the Kentucky Derby.

Winner Selection: 

The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The selection will be conducted shortly after the end of the entry period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Notification: 

The winner will be notified via Facebook or Instagram message or comment reply within 24 hours of the end of the entry period. The winner must respond to the notification within 24 hours to claim the prize. If no response is received within the specified timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize: 

The prize consists of 2 tickets to the Kentucky Derby for the winner and their tagged friend. The prize does not include transportation, accommodation, or any other expenses associated with attending the event. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. The tickets are General Admission tickets for Derby Day. 

Publicity: 

By participating in the giveaway, participants grant Mader Group permission to use their names, likenesses, and comments for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions: 

Mader Group reserves the right to disqualify any individual who violates these terms and conditions or tampers with the entry process. Mader Group reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, fraud, or unauthorized intervention.

Release: 

By participating in the giveaway, participants release and hold harmless Mader Group from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

Governing Law: This giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
