1. Promoter•The promoter of this competition is Mader Group, based in Ste 200 2720 Council Tree Ave, Fort Collins 80525•The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with RM Williams or any other third party.

2. Eligibility•This competition is open to all attendees of the 2024 MINExpo International Convention aged 18 and over, excluding employees of Mader Group, their immediate families, or anyone else professionally connected with the competition.

3. Entry Requirements•No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.•Participants must enter the competition by filling out the competition form on go.madergroup.com/MINExpo•Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified

4. Competition Period•The competition will run from 09/23/24 to 09/27/24•Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

5. Prize•The prize is one pair of custom RM Williams boots, valued at $699.00.•The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. Mader reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Terms and Conditions is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. •The winner is responsible for any additional costs related to claiming the prize, including but not limited to travel to collect the boots (if necessary) or any personal customizations beyond what is offered by the promoter.•Mader makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. •Mader will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.•Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.

6. Winner Selection•The Winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries after the competition closes.•The Winner will be notified via email and/or phone at the email address and phone number provided in the entry information. The winner will be contacted within 1 months of the competition’s closing date.•If the Winner does not respond within 7 days, the promoter reserves the right to choose an alternative winner.•The promoter is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive the notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or the Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account. Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture.

7. Prize Collection•The prize will be sent to the Winner’s location.•The winner may be required to provide proof of identity when claiming the prize.

8. Entrants Information•By entering the competition, participants agree that Mader Group may use their name, image, and any photos related to the competition for promotional and marketing purposes.•By entering the competition, you give Mader Group consent to use your personal information for further purposes and promotional use unless you say otherwise. •All entries become property of Mader Group. •All entries will be entered into a database and the entrants’ names and addresses may be used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes by Mader Group. Mader Group collects your personal information (PI) to contact you in relation to requests for further information. •Mader Group may, unless you advise otherwise, use the PI for future promotional and marketing activities. To be removed from its marketing database, please contact Mader Group via email at marketing@madergroup.com.au.•The winner may be asked to participate in publicity related to the competition.

9. Liability•Mader Group is not responsible for any technical issues or human error that may affect entry or winner selection.•To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mader Group will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.•Mader Group will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is caused or attributed (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any prize awarded, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

10. General•Mader Group reserves the right to cancel, amend, or alter the competition or these terms and conditions without prior notice if unforeseen circumstances arise.•Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
