Mates of Mader Referral Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

• Referrals must be submitted via the official Mate of Mader referral form.
• Referrals submitted after the referred candidate has already applied to Mader will not be eligible, and the referrer will not be recognized as a “Mate of Mader.”
• Where more than one referral is submitted for the same individual, only the first valid referral received will be eligible.
• In the event of a dispute, the date and time stamp of the referral form submission will determine the eligible referrer.
• Multiple referrals may be submitted by the same employee for different candidates.
• Referrers must remain actively employed by Mader throughout the referral process, at the time the bonus or prize is awarded, and when the prize is redeemed or taken.
• The referred employee must commence employment on or before March 31st, 2026.

• This giveaway is in addition to the standard Mate of Mader incentive.
• Eligible referrers will still receive the standard $3,000 referral bonus for each successful referral.
• Each successful referral also provides one entry into the draw to win a 5-day trip.•Multiple referrals will result in multiple entries

3. What’s Included

• The total prize value is capped at $5,000 USD, inclusive of all travel-related taxes, fees, and charges.
• The prize must be taken by the winning employee.
• The prize may be shared across multiple participants, provided the total prize value does not exceed the stated cap.
• For the Disney prize option only, the winning employee may elect for the prize to be taken by their immediate family instead of the employee, subject to: The total prize value remaining within the USD $5,000 cap, or the prize being redeemed as one booking / one experience
• Accommodation is limited to one booking for up to 5 nights, booked by the organizer. Activities are limited to those included in the approved itinerary.•All inclusions listed below are covered by Mader up to a total prize value of USD $5,000. Any costs exceeding this amount will be the responsibility of the winner.
• Depending on the prize option selected, the following inclusions apply: 1. Accommodation 2. Activities 3. Excursions and inclusions will be determined by Mader at the time of booking.
• Transport: Car hire / 4WD rental is included for the Moab option.
• For the Cruise and Disney prize options, meals are included as part of the selected package, as determined and booked by Mader
• For the Moab prize option, meals are not included. Instead, a prepaid Visa card to the value of USD $500 will be provided to contribute toward meal expenses.
• Any meal costs exceeding the above inclusions or allowances will be the responsibility of the winner and count toward the overall USD $5,000 prize value cap.

5. Booking & Selection Conditions

• Trip dates will be coordinated with the winner and their supervisor

• The cruise itinerary, cruise line, cabin type, sailing dates, and included amenities will be selected and booked by Mader in conjunction with the winner.
• Any optional upgrades, additional packages, or onboard expenses beyond the approved booking are at the winner’s expense and count toward the overall USD $5,000 prize value cap.
• Mader will manage and arrange all accommodation, activities, and transport bookings in coordination with the winner.oWinners will not make direct bookings themselves.

6. Limits & Exclusions

• No cash alternative or substitution is available.
• The prize cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• Upgrades beyond the approved itinerary (e.g. room upgrades, extended stays, premium excursions) are at the winner’s expense.
• Travel dates are subject to availability and operational requirements.

7. Prize Expiry

• The prize must be redeemed within 12 months of the winner being notified, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Mader.
• The winner must remain actively employed by Mader at the time of booking and at the time the prize is taken.
• Failure to book within this period may result in forfeiture of the prize.

8. Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance will be provided by Mader, subject to cost and coverage limits.
• Any additional or upgraded coverage requested by the winner is at their own expense.

9. Taxation

• The prize may be considered a taxable benefit to the winner under applicable tax laws.
• Any personal tax liability arising from acceptance or use of the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner.
• Mader may be required to report the value of the prize to relevant tax authorities in accordance with applicable laws.
• Any personal income tax or fringe benefits tax liabilities are not included in the USD $5,000 prize value cap.

10. General Conditions

• Mader reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time if required for operational, legal, or business reasons.
• All decisions made by Mader regarding eligibility, prize allocation, and booking logistics are final.
• Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
